i see some ucla heme-onc attendings making over 900k/yr. not anything special, regular assistant / associate professors. how is it possible to get academic positions paying this much? i hate cali but am wondering how regular this sort of thing is in academics. funny looking at the thread pcp vs hem onc and looking at these salaries lol.
